Meet Natasia

 

Growing up, I've always had a passion to help people in need, rather it be a homeless person simply begging for spare change or someone needing a listening ear or some advice. I often changed directions pertaining to my future, but my goals remained to ultimately help others in any way possible. One thing I could never turn away from was my love for foods. Surprisingly, although becoming a Dietitian is now my main focus, my selections on food has not always been the greatest. I feel that I can relate to those who struggle resisting the urge to indulge in unhealthy foods and those who need advice to resist that temptation for healthier options. This passion is fulfilled knowing I have the knowledge to help people make better food choices so that they may live a better quality of life.

Eating healthy doesn't come overnight and should not just  be a temporary fix for the moment, but should last for a lifetime. I would like to give feedback when due and hear how my clients feel to understand their nutritional needs.
